HYB: red beards

Thanks to each of you who has sent me suggestions and/or photos of red-bearded
rebloomers. If any more come to your minds, please post them.

Meantime, with heavy rains and winds forecast here, I got out this morning and
groomed the new seedling plot -- home to 88 reselects (332 plants). Only
found one rhizome with rot. It had evidently been hit hard enough by
something to snap the rhizome in two. (No deer or other tracks, so I hope it
was a hawk pouncing on the mouse that has been tearing up the bed.) Finished
just before the advertised "wall of water" hit. Actually, it was quite
pleasant working with a warm wind sweeping the garden and an occasional light
sprinkle before the deluge.

We've been under a tornado watch until just about an hour ago, and things are
now dead calm.
