Linda, do think that "insurance" is a real issue that impedes a close
relationship between AIS and TBIS?  Is the discussion of "insurance" taking
attention away from the important issues that need to be mediated?  A good
starting point of bringing AIS and TBIS into a closer working relationship
may start with an honest written list of issues that each group has with the
other.  Another list of functions, policies, ideas, purpose, et cetra, that
each group has in common would also help when evaluating and working toward
closer relations.  I believe when people sit down with good intentions
knowing that much good can come from their efforts then progress can be
made.  Civility is an important ingredient this instance.
