I don't think this is fair. These threads die out themselveswhen
folks lose interest and stop writing. Who on this list has not
received some info there didn't have before this thread started?


As Neil said, delete the ones you do not wish to read. Duh. (I
don't read the lengthy hybrdizing posts since I have no interest
in breeding irises and some of those threads go on forever it
seems but some folks consider it the meat of the list...that is
fine)

Ellen (who has been banished from this list more than once by 
John for posting one message after he decided to end the
discussion - and I didn't see the messages, BTW. After those
episodes, I bristle at people issuing arbitrary fiats)
