Re: CULT: new topic: bees

We noticed more bees this past spring but then they disappeared about the time it got so horribly hot for so long. We have hornets here still and it has frozen and there is snow on the ground. When they are bad the only remedy I know of to stop them without hurting the plants is to carry travel sized super hold hair spray cans with you and spray them. They are knocked down and can't fly when you do that. I do not know what would happen if the wind was blowing briskly though.
