I've been wondering if some of these "uglies" could be used to breed toward
a "spider" type TB........

I know that when the first spider daylilies made their debut the reaction
was to compost them but so many advances have been made that they even have
their own class now and some are breathtakingly beautiful.

Has anyone else entertained such thoughts?
