RE: HYB: Chlorophyl Challenged Seedling

I have a seedling from (Pacific Tide x Come What May) X Clarence.
First leaf is 1" with no discernable green.  Second leaf 1/2" with
just a slight tinge of yellow-green at the end.  Is it dead meat?
