Rebloom was frozen out in mid-October this year, a month earlier
than usual.  The whole month was 10-15 degrees below normal,
with nighttime lows well below freezing by the 13th.  My folks'
place, in southwestern Indiana, escaped the worst of it.  November
rebloom listed occurred there.
