Griff, I've lived in areas in both MO & KY where it was 300+ plus feet
through solid rock to hit water. Or not! No guarantees. Many couldn't manage to
'bore' that deep!
I've lived in AR where the water table is/was less than 25 feet. Hard to
find 'sweet' water!
Now, I live 30-400 feet from a contaminated creek that has the potential to
trap me during a rare KY monsoon! County water is popular.
It's fun to live in different places!
