I got some pollen that feels/looks ok from the stalk of RENASCENT that I cut and brought indoors, so am trying to set a pod on the IMMORTALITY X VIOLET CLASSIC in the pot in my kitchen, to be moved to the sunroom once I get all the summer accumulation of catalogs etc out of there.
I tried indoor pods once before without success. Any of the rest of you have experience with setting pods indoors?
(Loic, I hope you haven't been washed away!) Mary Lou said (offlist): <I figure if Terry Aitken can set pods in his greenhouse, there's nothing to stop me trying it in my sunroom. Probably won't work, but I have lots of pollen.> -- Linda Mann east Tennessee USA zone 7/8 East Tennessee Iris Society <http://www.DiscoverET.org/etis> Region 7, Kentucky-Tennessee <http://www.aisregion7.org> American Iris Society web site <http://www.irises.org> talk archives: <http://www.hort.net/lists/iris-talk/> photos archives: <http://www.hort.net/lists/iris-photos/> online R&I <http://www.irisregister.com> --------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE IRIS
