Hi everyone,
In the book by Geoff Stebbings: The Gardener's Guide to Growing Irises. p.
148-9 should that be bicolor instead of bitone?
In The Gardener's Iris book by William Shear it says on p 27 I read it to
mean bi-color since in same paragraph as discussion on varigata.
I always though an amoena is a bicolor but not all bi-colors are amoena.
The definition in the AIS blue book doesn't include direct info on this as
best I can find.
I always thought bitone and bicolor easy to pick until I saw that definition
I'm pretty sure though it is just a misprint.
But thought I'd double check w you people in the know since my presentation
is tomorrow.
Confused again.
