We usually price TBs $5, medians $3, un-named (color only) $2 at the beginning of the sale, usually adding a bonus of one of the un-named ones to small purchases, more when they buy more. As the sale progresses, we gradually drop the price and by the end of the sale, we are selling them by the plastic shopping bagful - $25, then $10, or clean off the table at the very end for whatever we can get for them.

If rhizomes are really small, we bundle them with others or give them as extras.

Occasionally, someone will bring in a few fairly new intros at a higher price - Tom Parkhill sometimes has a few of his to donate. But it's too chaotic/too much work to try to price all of them separately even tho we sometimes wind up selling a few recent ones at bargain prices.

Having a photo of the iris (or at least something similar to it) in/on the box/bag/container for display sells more irises, and it sure does make life easier for the people working the sale when there are 10 people standing there wanting to buy a pink one and a red one and a black one and 4 rebloomers that are different colors. And eliminates those frequently heard comments from buyers that they already have 'a yellow one' - one look at the photo and they usually know they don't have anything like the ones we have for sale.
