Pot them, if you can. If not, I should think a cool basement would be better than a cold garage in Michigan. -- Griff

Subject: [iris]: leaving iris out of ground for winter

Hello everyone,

I'm in a bit of a pickle. Due to severe weed pressure and
other circumstances, I began digging my irises in September (late, I know) and
come October it was rain, rain, rain. If I can't get them back in this week
during our somewhat decent weather, what is the best way to store them? I'm
in zone5/6 in Michigan.

Cold garage? Cool basement? Help!
