     I have the Siberian Irises planted about 2.5 inches deep.  In
addition, they are mulched with a layer of Pine needles that is another 2.5
to 3 inches deep.  It looks like LITTLE BLUE SPARKLER is about to become
the first casualty.  It is one with the thin leaves.
