As a PrePress Specialist in the publishing industry I must state that
getting a final printed piece to look like its original is a formidible
task. We love to do covers etc. for books that depict flowers because
no matter what they turn out looking like, almost nobody notices! As an
Irisarian I know how important a photo must be to the original. If I
were involved witht he publishing of an Iris sellers catalog I would
have to spend many hours working on color correcting and editing to ever
be happy with the result. Then you can factor in the photographer and
the film developer even before the pre printing and printing processes.
