I would have to go back a number of years to check my rebloom reports in
order to give you a concise answer, and I do not have the time right
now.  Maybe a project for this winter.  However, I do have quite a few
(many) that bloom in the summer, fall and if the winter is
mild...winter.  In general most rebloomers seem to be able to bloom when
the increase is mature.  Maturity can be different for different
cultivars.  I have also had buds show deep in the fans and are halted by
cold weather only to bloom during the first warm spell.  Remember, here
our lows in the winter sometimes are never below 28 degrees.  Sometimes
I may only have a dozen frosts per winter.
