Sorry to be so dense about this. Are you saying that your experience
has been that ALL rebloomers can rebloom at any time of year in your
climate? In our climate, unless they get 'confused' by weather,
rebloomers either 1) ONLY bloom in spring and/or fall (QUEEN DOROTHY,
GOLDEN ENCORE, HARVEST OF MEMORIES, BLACK MAGIC) or 2) some (like
IMMORTALITY and SUMMER OLYMPICS) can bloom anytime.
