Perhaps they are acclimating to your climate.

Matrix is also reblooming for me now, Pink Attraction and Earl of Essex
usually reblooms in the summer, Harvest of memories in the fall, Summer
Olympics rarely rebloomed for me, Blatant blooms summer and fall,
Cantina bloomed out on me and Low Ho Silver is an everbloomer here.

Priscilla of Corinth reblooms good in the fall. Don't grow the others.

Sunny Disposition blooms summer and fall and Clarence blooms in the
