Hi! I'm a librarian at a horticultural library in Seattle trying to
answer the question of a patron. She is preparing an indoor display
garden for the Northwest Flower and Garden Show which begins February 3,
1998 and would like to include some blooming iris, specifically: Japanese
and Siberian cultivars, I. pseudacorus and I. virginica. She is seeking
cultural advice on forcing these plants. Currently they are in cold
storage, later to be moved to a warm greenhouse but she is not sure of the
timing. Any suggestions? Thanks! --Brian
