No postal strike in Canada yet, but there was a "scuffle" this morning
that was the topic of all the news stories.
The union realizes that they don't need to strike to affect Canada Post.
Mail volumes have dropped dramatically and rumour has it that there is
no appetite for a strike among postal workers.
