Welcome Kathy. It is always good to have another Zone 3er on the
list. Siberians should do OK in Zone 3 - I have a hunch that you
might have some Zone 2 winters if your Siberians don't make it.
There is a small area in Northern Vermont that is classified as
Zone 2 and I saw copious amounts of snow there last May when
we were seeing mostly grass here. Our first crocus bloomed on
May 8th and our first iris (a Miniature Dwarf bearded) on May
29th. The first early Siberian on June 16th, INDY.

Setosas do extremely well here especially one we have from Alaska.
