OT: Irids-- Blackberry Lily

I've grown blackberry lily for years and it reseeds at a moderate rate.
The flower is nice, but it is fleeting. Obviously, the "berry", which
persists is the reason to grow it. There is a yellow form, which I
have--and it has bloomed, but I just didn't get to that part of the
garden when it was blooming. Maybe next year. I find that it does well
in well-drained, but moisture retentive soil with partial shade. I have
treated it as a light-moderate feeder, but, from my experience, it could
tolerate (and may appreciate) a heavier hand with the fertilizer.
