I saw Rosalie mention oak leaves and remembered Jan Sacks saying
the she and Marty use oak leaves as a mulch. Don't take this
as 'gospel' since this was over lunch last month and I was
way at the end of the table and heard this exchange re mulch.
Another way to go besides pine needles which my husband has
collected 10 big boxes for me this year....I am half-done. :(
