I was have always been told that the fall bloom is not as good as the spring
bloom. Shorter stalk, less branches and fewer buds. I didn't keep good
notes of the bloom habits of WINDS OF CHANGE this spring; however, the bloom
stalk is about 36 inches high. It has two branches and lots of buds. Nice
modern form. I am so glad that I have it in my garden. I would reccommend
it in a minute.
