Glenn,
Before checking out the daylillies, how about giving the Region 4 and 5
hybridizers a chance. Most of us already know acclimated iris seems to
be the way to go. 0therwise you have to pot them up for a period for
acclimation. I haven't lost any tall bearded to rot in South Carolina
but did have some problems in Georgia, my fault, didn't get fallen leaves
off in the spring. Even them those getting bright sun survived just fine!
Encourage to try this!
