I can only add to this that I obtained some Witch's Wand from Sterling
Okase, all he had of it in fact because it didn't do well for him and he was
frustrated with it. Hasn't increased for me yet in a year and I'm thinking
that the concensus on this one is that it's one of those..."challenged"
irises, at least here in the U.S....our zones are fairly different and
climates too (Sterling's and mine)....so .....
