postings to e-mail

When I joined iris-talk, I answered when asked that I would like to access messages at the net site rather than have them show up on my e-mail site -- unless people chose to speak to me personally. That happened, until just recently all messages are appearing at my e-mail site. This means I have to call up each one in order to clear my mail, whether they interest me or not. Could I ask to have whatever just happened reversed, so any non-personal messages appear only on the website?
