Ha Ha!
I always have to remember to translate the iris terms when I send mail to 
iris-talk. standards = falls. Falls = standards. Of course the reason Barry 
Blyth's irises have such flaring 'falls' is because they are hanging upside 
down. Turn them oveer and they immediately droop to almost vertical :-)
