Dear Tom in Dallas and all others looking for a RED iris! I know what you
mean by wanting a red-red --- not brick, maroon, etc! That color is as
elusive as black was, but now we have BEFORE THE STORM, so maybe there will
eventually be a red-red. In the meantime we will have to be satisfied by the
one I saw at a "National" many years ago - and I think I may still have a
slide of it -- I think it was in Roderick's garden and it was really as red
as one could want --- after the first shock, it produced a big laugh from
everyone --- it was a cleverly designed plastic! Rosalie nr Baltimore,USA
