As usual, I am having problems with this balancing act.
I am trying to picture this. The first side bloom would definitely
be much larger if the second terminal is in bloom at the same time.
To me, this is unbalanced. Other things being perfect, I would give
it a red ribbon. I have always been taught that the blooms should
be of the same size for perfect balance. I would not take to the
show the type of stalk you are describing.
