This is precisely WHY it's so important for the RIS to come up with
specific and comprehensive guidelines to determine exactly what qualifies
as legitimate rebloom (for the purposes of RIS, anyway) and what does
not. When such determinations are left up to each individual gardener,
every rebloom report loses some degree of credibility. I don't really
much care what the qualifications for reportable rebloom are; I just want
there to be some!
