I. paradoxa seedlings

I obtained some seeds of I. paradoxa (a species aril iris) from the SIGNA seed
exchange last winter. This summer a seed sprouted. In late August I decided
to transplant it.It had been growing in the shade and I assumed it would prefer
more light, so before transplanting it I moved the pot to a location where it
would get sun for part of the day. Bad move. The seedling immediately withered.
I didn't expect such a small seedling to survive that, but I put the pot back in
the shade in hopes of more seeds sprouting. To my surprise the original seeding
quickly grew a new leaf as strong as it had before. Since then a second seedling
has sprouted. I'd like to move them out of the seed pot, but after my original
experience, I'm not sure what kind of environment they expect. I believe they will
eventually want full sun and need total summer dormancy. Does anyone know
what I should do with the seedlings at this point?
