CULT: SPEC: Dividing Belemcanda.

When I lived in Kentucky, spring appeared to be the best time for
dividing Belemcanda. When would be the best time to divide them in Zone 8b
Florida? The spring months have been hot, dry, and windy, so I am not crazy
about messing with the clumps then. In the rainy season, they are blooming.
Right now, they have seed pods and an occasional bloom, but some new increase
is forming in the clumps.
My first two clumps are getting large, and I would like to have more
colonies of this plant, so division solves both issues. But, when?
