Welcome Marcella,
I live in Kentucky, and I wish I had 23 acres. But next year or two if
you like we could exchange wish lists & willing to trade lists. It is fun to
receive free irises in the mail. I have done this this year with a member of
this list & can't wait til spring to see my new babies.
LADY EMMA is blooming now. She is an MTB and has 3 stalks. I brought the
first one inside. It has 4 buds. The other two stalks are still developing.
The other day I visited a friends garden, and saw CLARENCE for the first
time. It is gorgeous & had 12 buds which had finished blooming with 3 left on
one stalk yet to bloom. I bought it this year, but I doubt seriously that
mine could be that prolific a bloomer. Can't wait to see mine bloom.
