Hi Susan,
Chickasaw Sue is a strong grower here, I think it grows so well on
the west coast that you probably will get what they advertise in the
package.
I hope that the vendor at least has the decency to pack rebloomers
in the Earl of Essex bags. They already promise that it would bloom
twice a year which would be optimal, but this type of marketing
could really turn new people off if they just package similar
colored oncers.
I got some terrific irises from the hardware store many years ago.
They weren't what they were advertised as, but were good irises.
