At the moment yes and no. Yes before you can get you own copy, and no

I don't believe the AIS is trapped in a box. Geeks are still a minority
within the membership (by a long shot) the same I beleive is true for
the majority of irisarians.

Because we are still in the process of getting all the previous
registrations into electronic form. As to the R&I's we need to
transition from an older system to one that can produce an electronic
copy in a form that does not require a 5" floppy as an intermediary
media. And no, it is not as easy as you might think.
