Betty, Only if I want her to sleep well! I appreaciate Linda saying that
it can also bring spring rot, but that is the nitrogen factor so less of
that. There is a tape called DEad Doctors don't lie that has been out for a
few years and the Doctor was agricultist, turned vet turned MD. He did wild
world of annimals with ?Mutual of Omaha and Mr Perkins if you can remember
jim. Anyway he advocates that you take an excess of vitamins, your body uses
what it wants and excretes the rest and yes you may have expensive urine but
your body is receiving optimum grow nutrients. it goes on but two things
stick in my mind. That an usda report in 1935 reports tath soils are nutrient
depleted and thus brocoli is not supplying as many vitamins as was in the
past. The second was that either zinc or copper slows graying of the hair and
brown age spots on the skin. Have to listen again. but i did take both and
have fewer brown spots on my hands. But your vitamin, mineral intake must also
be in a bio form ie, you can not digest calcium carbonate ( chalk, sea
shells) so use calcium citrate.
Get the tape. anyway shouldn't we supply aittleof each and let the plant
pick and choose. What about crop rotation. Superstion Gardens uses a field
and lets their other lay undisturbed to be re invigorated.. And totally move
to the new field that next summer.
