Is this the MISTY TWILIGHT you two are discussing?

MISTY TWILIGHT (M. Byers, R. 1987). Sdlg. D164-102. TB, 38" (97 cm), M-L
& RE. Heavily ruffled pale violet-blue, misty green white center on F.;
medium blue beard tipped yellow in throat; slight sweet fragrance. Violet
Miracle X B-8-4 RE-SA: (Cease-Fire x Sky Hooks). Moonshine Gardens 1988

If this is the same plant, it certainly isn't a neglecta here.

Puzzled,

Laurie
