It's interesting there Pix of Dracula's Shadow showed it not having a red

Most cvs that are over 10 years old would typically sell for anywhere
from $2 to $5. That is if you can find them. Beautiful View doesn't
have their price list online any more this year so you don't have that
bench mark.

So I guess if it is what you really want, you pay the price...

A quick check of the web searching for <Dracula's Shadow iris> gives:

Rainbow iris farms - $4.25
Nola's - $4.25 marked down to $2.95

Ya just gotta take advantage of resources on hand.

Would that be a reasonable price for Draculas Shadow if it really were
Dracula's Shadow???
I looked at the site & I question if all their offereings are as
'rare' as
listed & starting price plus shipping seemd a bit too high to me also.

The other iris I see they offer is I. Dardanus which they claim is just
back from near extinction. It may be, but Breck's and a lot of other
bulb companies offer it (not that I would buy from them). They also
claim rare purple purple veining, which as anyone familiar with
Arilbreds knows, is a crock...

just my two cents
