My irises should be stuffed to the gills right now! Much like the kids
after Monday night! UGH! Unfortunately, their poor heads are hanging. I see a
sprinkling of buds that may bloom . . . damaged blooms. Only one stalk has
actually hit the ground.
I'm sad to say that every rhizome that was half way mature has set bloom
stalks on the lower planting of STAR GATE. I counted well over 20 stalks today.
That whole bed is extra happy. Where's the OFF button?!!
