Re: TB: Frank Adams (Anner)


The "Frank Adams" I have here is closer to Anner's quoted Schreiner
description than to that for Accent.  There is a definite anthocyanin
presence in the standards, although not a lot.

The branching was not superlative this spring, but the individual bloom
was pretty darned nice, and a delightful color to my eyes.  It also
helps that I have it growing in relative isolation in front of a Gelatly
Filazel (nut tree) the leaves of which give a complementary green
background.
