Faulty memory strikes again.
I've only sent rhizomes to two conventions - California a few years back and Austin (future convention).
I <thought> I received a printed form back that said not only whether or not the rhizome lived, but also how much increase it had. But maybe that was only after the first year. As I've said before, "lives or dies" is adequate performance information for my needs <g>
<<On another topic, conventions keep track of performance of all cultivars that are grown, report back to the hybridizer on that performance, but don't share that information with the rest of the iris community. >>
FYI. This has not been my personal experience. Any reports have been limited. I've never received a general report on how my convention irises grow.
