Hi Linda,
 
I believe you are referring to the Loomis Garden in Colorado Springs,  
Colorado.  As far as I know, it is not an official AIS test garden, but is  run by a 
local group.  We sent things there once or twice and received a  silver bowl 
for one of our SDBs.  However, we stopped sending irises there  after viewing 
the garden the last time the convention was there.  It is in  a park where the 
grounds people insist on watering the grass and irises every  day.  This 
caused a lot of losses from rot.
