Kathy, our chicken down here generally is of the KFC variety. Can
you please tell me what proscuitto is/are?? I have even heard of Buffalo
Wings (seem rather large to handle), but I have never tried them for that
reason! Now, if you etouffed your chicken, you might have the entire South
coming up nawth!!
