The Narks become ever more sophisticated. At first they suborned the power
companies for unusual consumption. When the affected companies attempted to
charge for admin and computing resources they shifted to aerial infared
scans showing anomalously hot roofs. Now a cheaper and more reliable snoop
is a van mounted molecular 'sniffer' that does the dirty.
