It's this dollar problem Dennis, You may not be aware of it in the U.S.
The exchange rate is not good at present, and I have the added problem
of not having a visa card. A cheque in U.S. dollars adds more to the
cost.
Thanks to Maureen, Ian, Mike, Amy, etc. for their suggestions, and I
will got back to you once I work out the best way to do this, and find
out what the travel itinerary is. I think skiing will be very much on
their agenda.
I've decided I must have a copy of Bills book after all the reports you
folk have given!
