When I was thinking about my agreement that you should get permission to
dig plants in the following spring, I realized that the new owners may
change their minds and it would be better to move the plants in the
fall. I thought that it would be better to find someone with a green
house and ask if you could put your plants there until the next
spring. You'd have to pot them up but that would be OK.
