tgreaves, how do you separate your name into first and last? and what zone,
- don't know how to alphabetize into my address book!. Should I :( or ;)
? I just learned how to do that -- frown or wink. Anyhow, that is beside
the point. I don't know much about hybridizing, but I do know that anything
you get from Schreiner's is most reliable and there is no worry. I THINK
that different soils produce different shapes for rhizomes, but I don't know
that, except from a little experience in helping a granddaughter clean up

rz for bearded - sort of longish iand wiry roots, more like an LA From her
pictures, I'm afraid they are old-fashioned "dogs". but definitely bearded!
Maybe she should join the Retinnns---whatever that imaginary club is! Seeds
would not be reliable. Just wait for Spring and enjoy - hope you will get
some rebloomers!! Rosalie nr BaltimoreUSA zone 7 ryfigge@aol.com/
