I started an answer to this and my mouse/arrow froze and wouldn't move, so
I'll start again. The R&Is are available from the AIS "Store" and they are
compiled by the AIS Registrar (Keith Keppel). He has files on the past,
present, and future names (if they have been "reserved") so there is no
duplication . I think you send in 3 choices, so if the 1st choice is "used"
there is another available. This is just one of the many services of AIS.
Maybe others will explain this more clearly - those who have done this!
