Schreiner's catalog is full of gorgeous iris pics, but you pay for it
if you order from them. Their prices range from $6 for the old ones
to $40 for newer. The catalog costs $5, from:
        Schreiner's Iris Gardens
        3625 Quinaby Rd. N.E.
        Salem, Oregon 97303-9720
No pics at their web site.

My favorite is Sutton's, which has fewer pictures, but includes those
of two reblooming collections and two space-age collections, as well
as their introductions of course. Their rhizomes are just as nice as
Schreiner's or Cooley's, but cost a LOT less -- from $1.50 for older
to a $5 average for newer, up to $15-$30 for the latest. I can't
remember whether I paid for the catalog originally, since I've
ordered every year since so get it automatically, but you can check
out their web site at http:///www.suttoniris.com. There are glorious
pictures there too.

Aitken's has fewer pictures but is also a wonderful source. Their
catalog is $2, from Aitken's Salmon Creek Garden
                    608 NW 119th St.
                    Vancouver, WA 98685
Their web site seems to keep changing names, but most recently I
found it at www.flowerfantasy.net

Another HUGE source, with fine iris at rock-bottom prices, is
Nicholson's Woodland Iris Garden, P.O. Box 578668, Modesto, CA
95357. I don't know whether there's a charge for their catalog, but
their email address is iris4u@pacbell.net -- also not always
reliable. They list a huge number of irises at very low prices,
though no pics.

Besides trying the AIS link, check out "Gardening Girl's" website,
from which you can access many (including Aitken's) directly from the
site. Other picture-full sites are Nicholls, Beautiful View Iris
Gardens, and Forquin Mountain Iris Garden (catalog $2).

Enjoy! I began my online search from several engines using "iris
growers" as my search words and found many I hadn't known of. Bless
these growers; otherwise, iris addicts such as myself would pine away.
