HI Talkers,
A disturbing piece in the paper I was reading a few days ago, several
cases of legionnaire's disease linked to potting soil. They didn't say what
brand soil, only the cases were out in the midwest and ( if I remember
correctly) Washington...I sure wish I'd clipped it to remember better but
after thinking about it for a day I couldn't find the section of the paper.
Anyone else see this news story? How could the bacteria for that disease
get in the potting soil...thought it didn't have any compost related material
in it...?
